The check in woman was more interested in watching TV with her buddy than greeting guests. At check out another woman (said her name is Mika) refused ANY amount of time for a late checkout, which we really needed. She then refused to provide a checkout sheet, and lied that there were no Manager's cards. We found some. Breakfast was spartan. We had to buy at IHOP and Dunkin every day. On Sunday the desk/breakfast person totally disappeared for 30 minutes while the food was empty and then showed up at 9:30 and closed up without a word. I left Sales Manager John Bizzak a text upon leaving, and then followed up via e-mail. No response. So we're out three breakfasts for a whole family, and had a bad experience.

Do not stay here! The staff was not willing to work with us after pipes burst and we had no running water. They refused to relocate us or even try to acknowledge the problem. There was water that had pooled in the lobby and water running down the wall of the second floor. The fourth floor was HOT and had moisture on the walls and everywhere! Do NOT book this hotel - you’ll regret it!

Great place to stay!!! Starting with the front desk staff Meeka and Shelice to Adam the General Manager to Toya with housekeeping!! Top notch staff from the top down! Rooms are very clean and nice. Great workout gym! Breakfast is always hot and fresh. Definitely a must stay for a quick weekend or for work!!!

Very dirty and a lot of items broken, The floor was very very dirty, the bathroom was with the curtains riped, the wc wash lever broken, the mirror dirty. Hard to open the room door because tilted The breakfast room whit floor sticky.

The best part of this hotel was the breakfast area which was very nice. Otherwise, I would not recommend this hotel. The carpeting in the hallway of our floor was filthy. Once in the room, there were several stains on the couch cushions, mold in the shower and rust on the bathroom door frame. The curtains were even dirty. The noise from the interstate was so loud, I could not sleep. There was no one at the desk in the late evening or in the morning when we checked out. There are so many hotels in the area that I am sure you can do better if you need a place to stay near the airport.

Hotel lobby seemed fine at check in. It was when we entered the hotel room that I discovered mold growing on the lamp shade and the carpet in the room wet and damp. This was only a one night stay for us and I was so glad to get out of there. Also included a pic of the couch by the elevator which I took my kids not to sit on because it was dirty.

On August 18 I booked two rooms. The first room had mold around the shower. The second room (420) had some type of water leak, and carpet was soaked. It had to of been an issue for a while as the rooms stunk of mildew. They changed our room (408) , but it was never made up from the prior guest. We finally got a third room, (301) and the sinks would not drain. The one elevator was out of commission. The second one would not work going down from the fourth floor. It took us an hour and a half before we finally got a room that was usable. The hotel is in great need of maintenance and cleanliness. Of course, their response on the Choice Hotels site was simply that they would use my review for improvement. Hardly acceptable given what we had to go through to finally secure a room. That does not make up for a most miserable stay. There are so many hotels in this area, and I strongly suggest you book one of those .

The front desk lady Alyssa was rude and lazy. Made us wait 2hrs so they could clean the rooms, parking lot was empty but not a single room was clean. She has zero respect for the guests and it shows. She single handedly ruined our trip.
