Such a wonderful place to stay. Staff were so helpful and kind and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast and dinner were so good. Hotel was so clean and seemed very newly refurbished. Highly recommended for a stay in North Berwick and short walk to train station with links to Edinburgh.

No 12 is a good choice for a short stay in attractive North Berwick. It’s centrally located, convenient for beaches, the Seabird centre etc .
Service is functional more than polished.
My single room serviceable not elegant.
Breakfast, included, sets you up for the day.

Another very pleasant overnight stay in this well-presented hotel. Staff very friendly, breakfast excellent, and rooms are comfortable. Great sleep! Good location near to beaches, harbour, cafes etc. you won’t be disappointed if you stay here!
