The room smelled moldy as soon as I opened the door, and there were food residues on the carpet. The most important thing was that the pillow seemed to have not been changed for a long time, and there was a strong smell of hair oil, and the whole bed was filled with this unpleasant smell. I couldn't sleep well all night!
I have stayed here several times, and this is the first time it smells so bad!!!

Home2 Suites by Hilton are our "home away from home" locations whenever we travel. Had a wonderful breakfast this morning and greeted with a friendly smile by hostess Faye who was keeping the breakfast bar very clean and well stocked. Family-friendly and highly recommended for your next stay.

I have been traveling for 15 years and am a lifetime diamond member at Hilton properties. I have experienced all levels of customer service and can say that the service I received at this location was top notch, especially Josh. Thank you! I am in the area about once every 2 months and will be back.

This place was great. Nice rooms and very clean. The staff was extremely helpful especially Josh. We would definitely stay here again. The pool was fun for the kids. It was convenient to have breakfast included. I loved having a refrigerator in the room.

Genuinely amazing staff. We loved the quality of service we received during our two and a half month stay. My son made friends with most of the front desk staff. Jessica and Emma shared in his love of Legos. Jessica even bought him a book to make Lego creations out of! We have already missed everyone so much since we have been home.
