The Bellman/valet Daryl was amazing and so helpful in spite of the crazy lobby full of people trying to check out and get their cars. He deserves 5 stars! The hotel was mediocre due to limited elevators, lack of signage where there might be restrooms, limited food availability after 2pm except for the overpriced main restaurant which had a bar menu but wouldn't serve it because it was Restaurant Week whatever that is. The breakfast restaurant closed at 10am! The rooms were ok except for the very low toilets and the closet in the bathroom! The shower gel, shampoo, etc had a strong unpleasant pepper smell. I don't recommend this hotel.

This is the worst Marriott I have ever stayed in. In my room there was rusty water coming out in the bathtub, peeling wallpaper, poor daily room service, lack of bellhops, insufficient luggage carts, broken elevators, long delays in restaurant service, bad food, plumbing leaks in hallway, bad lighting in public rooms, and finally 3 hours spent to resolve a problem they created with my reservation. This hotel needs a total renovation. Better option is to stay at the Hilton across the street.

I attended a conference at this hotel and they were not equipped to handle the group, and the hotel is worn out. It was very sad to see a Marriott in this condition. Our room had slow drains, no toilet paper roll holder, the shelf in the shower broken, the slow drain, and orange water that came out when you turned the shower on which probably was due to a plumbing issue. All of these items were reported, but nothing repaired during my stay. Their staff was friendly but obviously overwhelmed. I don't recommend holding any sort of group or conference at this location. It is clearly overdue for an overhaul.

James is the reason I’ll use valet every time! I don’t usually leave reviews for valet, but James seriously deserves a shoutout. From the moment we arrived, he made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Super friendly, fast, and just really good at what he does. He definitely gave that chick fil a type of customer service. He greeted us like we were old friends, remembered our names, and even gave us a few great tips on places to check out nearby. Every time we needed the car, he had it ready in no time without waiting around, no attitude, just good vibes and great service. Honestly, James went above and beyond. It’s little things like that that make a stay memorable. If you’re staying at this hotel, definitely use valet and hope you get James he’s awesome!

Though the hotel was busy with different activities going on the stag, valet and room service was great. We had a waterfront view on the 15 floor and the view was magnificent
