The Wittehuus (Kaiserstraße 3), the Rodehuus opposite (Damenpfad 35) and our holiday apartments at Halemstraße 17. All this is the house by the sea. This hotel is 5 minutes walk from the beach. This 4-star hotel is 100 meters from the beach on the North Sea island of Norderney. Wir waren im März in der Nebensaison für 4 Tage im Haus am Meer. Das Hotel und der Wellnessbereich haben uns sehr gut gefallen, das Frühstücksbuffet war o.k., die Zimmer hätten etwas sauberer sein können. In der Nebensaison sind die Preise für das Hotel angemessen, in der Hauptsaison finden wir das Hotel einen Tick zu teuer, für das was es bietet und im europäischen Vergleich betrachtet. Dennoch würden wir jederzeit wieder in das Haus am Meer fahren. Die Lage und die Verbindung zur kleinen Schwester, dem Hotel Seesteg, sind sensationell, das Personal einfach unglaublich freundlich.

Sehr schönes Hotel in toller Lage direkt am Meer. Leider hat der Service extrem nachgelassen. Kaffee zum Frühstück nach dreimaliger Bestellung dann nach 45 Minuten. Ungeschultes Service-Personal, in dieser Preisklasse nicht mehr akzeptabel.

Sehr enttäuschend. Im Frühstücksraum sind nicht genug Plätze frei und man muss Zeiten buchen - bei Anreise waren nicht mehr alle frei. Massagetermine können auch nicht gebucht werden und an der Bar bekam der halbe Tisch Getränke und die andere hälfte des Tisches musste 30min warten. Auf einfache Getränke die alle zur gleichen Zeit bestellt wurden. Um 20:45 war es nicht möglich uns in der Küche noch zwei Waffeln zu zubereiten. Sehr schwach! Das kennen wir deutlich anders. Und eine Reservierung im Partner-Restaurant war auch nicht möglich. Dazu ein Service der nicht immer perfektes Deutsch spricht.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel in wundervoller Lage. Sauber, freundliches Personal, leckeres und völlig ausreichendes Frühstück. Die Zimmer mit Meerblick sind einfach traumhaft. Hier kann die Seele baumeln. Im Winter ist es schön.

Unterkunft ok - Service unterirdisch Personal wirkt teilnahmslos, launisch und ist für nichts verantwortlich. Im Gespräch schroff, vorwurfsvoll und verletzend. Diese Unterkunft ist ein Ort, bei dem man zweimal überlegen sollte ob man es wählt. Auf Nachfrage ist kein Manager zu sprechen.

Wir waren im Wittehuus. Die Lage ist perfekt, Einrichtung geschmackvoll, Betten sehr angenehm, alles sehr sauber, Zimmer klein, Internet sehr schlecht, teilweise sehr freundliches Personal. Allerdings ist das Hotel auch ziemlich teuer, so darf man auch etwas erwarten. Am meisten störte mich schlechtes Internet, ich spreche jetzt nicht nur vom hauseigenen Wlan, sondern von meiner Handyverbindung. In der Stadt kein Problem. Bei einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse ( 340€+ Frühstück!) ist so etwas ein absolutes „No Go“! Schade.

Das gesamte Objekt/Haus ist sehr schön gepflegt und sauber . Lange direkt an der Nordsee . Frühstück war reichlich vorhanden leider war es nicht im Preis sonder nur als zusätzliche Option. Der Ausblick von der Suite war klasse.

Schönes Hotel in exzellenter Lage direkt am Meer. Sehr schöne Suite, geräumig, gute Betten, gute Sauna… Exzellentes Frühstück incl. Service!!! Noch besser wäre es gewesen, wenn die Rezeption bei der Buchung von Restaurants behilflicher gewesen wäre, der Kamin in der Halle weniger Rauch verbreitet hätte und der Balkon unserer Suite ausreichend Fläche geboten hätte.
