Wir sind jetzt im Dezember das dritte Mal für einen Kurzurlaub in diesem Hotel gewesen. wir haben uns jedes Mal sehr wohl gefühlt.Etwas was wir besonders hervorheben möchten, ist das mehr als hervorragende Frühstück. Es wird immer ungeheuer freundlich repräsentiert. Das Brot der Inselbäckerei ist sehr lecker. Ich liebe auch morgens die frischen Säfte, vor allem den Apfel Möhrensaft. Es war wieder ein rundum gelungener kurzer Urlaub.

15 Minuten in einer Schlange zu warten ist kein Problem aber dann gesagt zu bekommen dass der Hund draußen warten muss (3x mal wiederholt) ohne dann auf den Kunden einzugehen und ggf zu sagen, dass er beim nächsten mal bitte draußen bleiben muss ist einfach Kundenunfreundlich Hauptsache Hundekuchen anbieten aber Hundeunfreundliches Personal einstellen. Vielleicht einfach einen netten Hinweis draußen anbringen wäre super Generell ist das Personal nicht sehr höflich sondern will nur schnell abkassieren Schade… wir kommen nicht mehr wieder

Extrem unorganisiertes Etablissement. Unfähig Probleme zu lösen. Einmal und nie wieder. Die Organisation und die Kommunikation lässt derart zu wünschen übrig, sodass Hochpreisbucher dort sehr schlecht aufgehoben sind. Nur hohe Preise nehmen und sonst nichts liefern, ist eben zu wenig.

Nice room, excellent service and super nice and attentive staff. They also have a restaurant attached to the hotel which serves very nice food and sells a wide range of wines. Both the room rates as well as the restaurant prices are in a somewhat higher budget range, but they are worth it. Germany in general is not known for outstanding service, all the more I was surprised about the exceptional treatment we got here.

Wir haben es schon wieder getan. Eine Woche im Penthouse L nach Karneval. Erholung pur, wie immer super Service in allen Bereichen. Ich kann das Inselloft nur empfehlen, wenn man einen entspannten und wetterunabhängigen Urlaub in der Nebensaison verbringen möchte. Zudem steht den Hausgästen das „Wohnzimmer“ offen. Mit Kamin, gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten und kostenfreien Getränken.

Hier geht es ausschließlich um einen Einkauf in der Inselloft Bäckerei. Unfreundlicher Service (Kunde ist Störfaktor, keine Beratung), schlechte und geringe Auswahl, durchschnittliche Ware und Geschmack. Nach anderen positiven Bewertungen hatten wir mehr erwartet!!!

We had a wonderful stay over New Year's Eve in a very nice apartment (834). We would especially like to praise the hospitality and the exemplary service. You did a great job, Inselloft team, even if we caused a bit of chaos when we left.

Wir haben es schon wieder getan :-) zum wiederholten Male in diesem Jahr sind wir wieder zu Gast im Inselloft gewesen. In der Zwischenzeit ist es wie ein nach Hause kommen. Von der Begrüßung, über den Saunabesuch bis hin zum wunderschönen Ausblick war alles perfekt. Wir waren diesmal im Penthouse S untergebracht. Für uns wirklich eines der schönsten Zimmer. Wunderschönere Ausblick auf die Nordsee, toll ausgestattete Küchenzeile und eine perfekte Badewanne. Inselloft wir kommen wieder…und zwar bald :-)
