"the room was so dusty that when you swipe your finger it will really leave a mark from it, kitchen sink cabinet was also broken when we reached their, tv's location is underneath (which is totally unsatisfying) plus it's just a normal tv without any channel, can't even watch netflix or can't connect your phone to it, we watched in our phones that night. spoons(every utensils)were wrapped with cling but when we used the spoon, i can still actually see dark marks or maybe coffee stain that hasn't been washed thoroughly i guess. sauna bath in-room was good though! and the location is great!
"
"The rooms are a good size with everything you need including a kitchenette with hot pate and full size fridge. It is centrally located. About 1.8km from hasting street and about 2.5km from the river restaurant area. Very clean "
"The unit was 200% clean. Can’t believe it’s so clean. The cleanest motel I have ever stayed so far. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Can walk to shops and restaurants. "
"The location of the hotel is quite good, shopping, eating and drinking coffee are very convenient. The hotel apartment is very spacious, everything is transparent, and all facilities are complete. The only dissatisfaction is the cover, which is a layer of white sheets. When it is cold, a layer of musty blankets should be added. It is strongly recommended that the hotel can use one-for-one quilt cover. Sleeping at night will feel like at home."

Great
GGuest UserApartment clean, just some rusty faucets.
It was a nice to have some water put on the fridge but it really tasted like dishwashing…
Annoying sound when we open the light in the bathroom.
Really nice and spacious apartment, with more than I actually needed!
Nice outdoor pool and jacuzzi. But the afternoon I arrived I wanted to lay down on the sunbeds but I wasn’t able to since the garden was being watered and the water goes so far that it goes into the pool and jacuzzi and made all the sunbeds soaked wet.
I only got the chance to meet the receptionists/managers at my check out, since the opening hours are 9am-5pm and 9-12am on weekends. They were really nice.
But I gotta say this is so weird for me to see a reception with such opening hours… Where I come from and in most countries I went to, this is 24/7 or close to it.
There is not a real service, we have to find the room on our own(even if we get a map with our key in the safe box), I mean there was a binder with informations, we can send them texts but we have to wait to get an answer if any, I was always away before they opened and came back when they weren’t there anymore so I know it seems to be an Australian thing (and good for them!) but this lack of real human interaction is unfortunate.
We receive ton of emails and I also think about the people who are not good at the technology stuff
SSaschaVery new hotel, rooms are spacious and modern. Staff is very friendly, make sure to book a room that faces the back of the hotel, not the front because it is then close to a noisy loading dock on a supermarket parking lot.
GGuest UserI ordered room service Pad Thai after arriving and was impressed by how delicious it was! Breakfast was also plentiful and excellent. The food at the Thai restaurant was also delicious.
I lost my sunglasses by the pool,
and asked the staff to find them, but they just said ”it's gone” and didn't seem to be looking for them, so I ended up not finding them, which was very disappointing. It's rare for something to be lost and not found in a good hotel, so I was surprised.
Other than that, it was good.
GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and in a good location. The hosts were very pleasant and helpful. We would recommend a stay here.
GGuest UserI was very satisfied. There is a shop near the hotel, which is very helpful. Due to its location, it is a place where you do not have to eat. The hotel employees are very nice.
WWeixiaoweiIngenia Noosa is similar to a camping holiday cabin, an independent house with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and a small living room. I am very satisfied. The only downside is that it is a bit far from the center of Noosa town, and it takes more than ten minutes to drive there. If you want to eat, it seems that you can only go to the town.
GGuest UserA very convenient location especially if you love hanging around the beach and Hastings St. No hassles at all or worrying about parking. The rooms are very spacious and pleasant. The staff are super friendly. The family has stayed a number of times and certainly worth it!
GGuest UserBeautiful room, clean, private balcony and easy walk to the beach (15 mins) with restaurants, bars and shops closer. Lovely lady at reception, who gave recommendations on where to eat. Highly recommend and will stay again :)
GGuest UserCould be a lot cleaner, there was a thick layer of dust on the top of the fan and in the closets. Although the bathroom lock did not work and the cleaning, it was not bad for the price
GGuest UserIt was a wonderful stay at Ingenia Holidays Noosa North. The cabins have everything you need to spend time, cook etc. It was very clean, the whole area but also the crockery. The bed was very comfy. To sum up - we would definitely recommend!
