Super value for money only a short walk down to the Main Noosa area. The staff were awesome and upgraded us to a better pool room, which was a great view. There are two pool areas the smaller pool tucked around the corner was super warm and recommended for winter. The main pool and water slide for the kids was great. The spa was terrific to warm up during the winter. Yes some thing need a little attention but overall everything is clean and very nice. Having cooking and cleaning facilities in the room was great. There is a cafe located right in the resort which makes great coffee. There is also ebike hire and car rental in the resort plus electric car charge. Really nice stay for the value. Thanks again guys.

The overall faculties were of a high standard. The large pool had a coffee bar from 6.30 in the morning. The smaller pool is nice if its slightly windy as it is sheltered. The room we had was spacious, a very comfortable bed. I would recommend this resort.

Bedding was filthy and after complaining a comedy of errors occurred that made the situation worse. Chipped tired decor. I stayed in a penthouse with a rooftop spa which I could not use because of the overwhelming smell of chemicals used in the water. I definitely would never stay in this resort again.

Booked an advertised disabled access room for my elderly family member at the rate of £350 per night. As it is listed by Noosa Tourism as certified for disabled guests and wheelchair users I expected it to be properly fitted with bathroom safety rails at a minimum. I verified by phone beforehand that it was fully accessible and was told yes. However on arrival, the bathroom had makeshift wall plates with rough edges but no grab rails in shower or toilet. The other room areas were very tired and it was hard to see why it was advertised for people with disability, other than it being ground floor. We cancelled immediately and did not stay. A refund was given. The whole place needs updating to current standards. If you have disabled guests needing secure safety rails in bathroom and toilet do not book this hotel.

The location seemed to be ok, not too far from Hastings St or Noosa Junction in the opposite direction. Similarly the room ( ground floor in the Oasis enclave) was OK but pretty tired and quite dark. The room had access to the enclaves small pool so we never used the main one. It has a basic kitchen but limited crockery & cutlery even for 2 people so you wouldn't manage to prepare much more than a salad. The floor felt sandy but given the nature of the tiles its doubtful they could be properly cleaned. You have to empty your own bins which seemed unusual. At night the lighting was insufficient and areas are pitch black ( I had to go back for a torch having walked into a flower bed!). That should really be improved pretty quickly. Also reception has pretty short hours . When checking out on Sunday morning, reception was locked up, but we eventually found an unmarked safe outside where we left the keys. In summary, ok, but could be much better with some updating and basic service levels provided

The facilities at the apartments are great and the walkable distance from Hastings street, however we weren’t overly impressed with the cleanliness of our apartment on arrival. A lot of dust and mould on the walls and even mould on the pillows

We arrived at the hotel at 10am, and although we knew check in wasn't until 2, there was no offer to hold our bags (we eventually asked of they could), or let us use the hotel facilities while we waited. Guests have to clear their own rubbish daily and take it to the hotel dumpsters, not what you would expect when paying such high rates to stay. The room itself was pretty run down, sticky tape holding together broken bits of the spa bath, sliding doors are really difficult to open and close as they don't run smooth on their tracks, and just general wear and tear of a hotel which hasn't been upgraded in a long time. The pool area is nice, with a kids pool that has a slide. There's a good gym too. We liked the location, sitting between Hastings Street and the shopping district with good food and drink options a short walk either way. It's a shame that the hotel isn't combating its run-down nature with a better guests experience, otherwise I would have given a better rating.

Stylish boutique resort is a bit of a stretch as it’s quite tired and dated. We stayed 18 months ago and it has the same issues. Overall a great location 10 minutes uphill from the beach and 5 minutes downhill from the Junction it has a nice pool, good gym and the rooms have washing machine, dishwasher and smart TV, and a spa bath. There is a fitness franchise on site and was a cafe which is now being renovated so ask about noise. We weren’t told there wouldn’t be a cafe. The rooms are dated and the floor tiles aren’t conducive to daily cleaning. There are at least 4 cleaners but expect the floors and skirtings to be dirty and likely there will be cockroaches. I’d spray Moreteine on arrival and put all crockery you’ll use in the dishwasher before using it and clean the kitchen surfaces daily. The BBQ was not clean. I’m not sure the cleanliness can be fixed without a reno and overall I would come back at current prices due to location and the poolside rooms are ideal for a few days away.

I loved the apartment I stayed in on the third floor. It had a rooftop jacuzzi overlooking the river and hinterland and also had a lovely covered balcony on the room level which had a great seating area for lounging on and reading in either the shade when it was hot or enabling you to still be outside when the rain came. Main living, kitchen, bedroom area was clean and spacious as was the bathroom. Yes I saw a couple of cockroaches but it is Queensland and the rain and humidity will bring them out! The lady who checked me in and out was lovely with my room being ready for check in when I arrived after a long flight at 12.30pm and I was also allowed to stay an extra hour before check out which meant I was able to have my last swim in the sea. I didn't use the pool area much but was a decent size with large umbrellas. Location is at the top of the hill which goes down to the main Noosa Heads area and it is a good 10-15 mins walk but most of it along a shaded boardwalk and you are at the right end of the beach for swimming and the national park. It was a shame the cafe/pool bar wasn't open when I was there but there is a pub/hotel across the road which does good reasonably priced food all day and Noosa Junction is only a 5 mins walk in opposite direction. Overall I loved my stay here and would go back. I think maybe some of the apartments may be privately owned so this may account for differences in what state the apartments are in.
