Aruba Blue Village Hotel and Apartments

Our 2nd stay at Aruba blue village and definitely won’t be our last! The staff are incredible, cannot praise them highly enough from the management who is always available right through to the girls on the check in desk and the guys in the restaurant, nothing is too much trouble. It isn’t particularly close to the beach or the old town however the hotel provide a shuttle to eagle beach, palm beach & the old town every day, the driver,Anthony is a lovely guy. The girls on reception are also able to book taxis and can arrange a transfer to the airport or some of the further away beaches if you don’t have a rental car. The rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. Pools are kept immaculate. The only downside is the restaurant is only open for breakfast (which is fantastic btw) and again at 5pm for dinner with a good selection of meals available very reasonably priced. And there is a supermarket a 7 or 8 minute walk away where you can buy what you need for a quick sandwich if you decide you want a couple of pool days but generally if you have gone to the beach you’ll likely eat out. Overall if you’re looking for a nice friendly and clean place to stay and aren’t overly fussed about being in an all action area (which let’s face it, Aruba is about relaxing!) then this is a perfect base for a great holiday at a great price The I highly recommend this hotel

Very large room, with a fridge, microwave, and burner/stove top for cooking. Hot water in shower and wifi. The place has two pools and provides beach towels. You can also rent beach chairs and coolers. You will need a car to get around from here, but there is a parking lot. Breakfast was nice, juice, tea, and you could order a hot meal like eggs or pancakes etc. There is also a restaurant for dinner, and you can order lunch to go. Now don't expect everything to be super modern, this place is a bit dated, but for the price it can't be beat.
