Location bellissima, la struttura è ben ristrutturata e molto curata, la spa è favolosa, offre un'ampia quantità di trattamenti ed è ben gestita da personale competente. Il ristorante è eccellente, con piatti preparati con passione dallo chef. La verdura di loro produzione è sicuramente un valore in più. Unica pecca le camere che sono sicuramente da ristrutturare, a partire dall'insonorizzazione praticamente inesistente, per non parlare degli arredi vecchi e decisamente inquietanti. Ok siamo in un ex monastero, ma.... Inoltre manca l'aria condizionata e un frigobar (almeno nella nostra). Da valutare un servizio bar alla piscina, con frutta e bevande magari, che può far piacere in estate. Insomma bello il posto, tranquillo, da può migliorare.
