HORRIBLE. Found bed bugs, dirty bedding and mold in the bathroom upon arrival. Phoned the front desk and asked for clean bedding and the staff wouldn't even bring it up to the room, or come to see the bugs we found. I asked for a refund as I was not going to stay in a hotel with bugs. I was told the manager would call me Sunday or Monday about the refund because they could not do that themselves. I am still waiting on a call. None of the staff seemed worried or even apologized. I will be calling the corporate office soon since I have not received a call. Worst hotel experience. We were late to our event due to having to change hotels last second.

The staff was courteous, professional, and friendly. The room was clean and the other amenities were well maintained. The check-in process was brief and the checkout process was equally as brief. The area around the hotel was well lit. The location was easily accessible.

The visit to this motel was entirely satisfactory. The staff were welcoming and helpful and the facility was clean and it is clear that the staff are working on maintaining it. It was a pleasant stay. I wish them well would stay there again happily

My husband and son stayed overnight here. Peeling paint, stained carpets, smell of MOLD. Can't believe how much they paid to stay in this sh-=hole. Pay more and stay somewhere nicer. They overcharge for people going to concerts in the area.

Great Service, Food/Breakfast 🧇, Very clean and is willing to work with you on your stay. definitely a 5 Star I slept so amazing, Feel very safe, has a nice pool as well.. I would recommend a friend

I have not even checked in yet and I already hate this place. They advertise having a pool but it is closed. They also will not issue a refund. Please do not check in here if you have kids with you probably not a great safe place.

This hotel is overpriced, outdated, run down and dirty. The parking lot is a flat tire waiting to happen. You almost need a 4x4 to get through the lot. The carpet is worn out and stained and the hotel stinks. After getting back from our concert after midnight all we wanted was a shower. We found out that the shower didn’t work and several outlets and lamps didn’t work. When I called the desk to complain I was told they’d leave a message for the manager. In the morning when checking out I again complained and asked for some money back I was told they’ll give me hotel points which is unacceptable! This hotel was not worth the $165 I paid. Do not stay here.

We stayed because we figured it was one night we did need a fancy over priced hotel. This place took the cake the cake though. The pot holes in the parking lot would swallow almost any car whole. The staff was hanging out on the parking lot with their friends at 630 in the evening when we left. The room smelled so musty, all of our bongings the bed sheets were damp like we had been camping. The bathroom sink had hair in it and the bathroom as an entirety was not clean. The freezer in the fridge needed defrosted you could barely put anything in it, there was no ice in the ice machine. The entire lock and handle was missing from the exiting door that went to side parking lot so it could just be pished open. The pool door didn't work. There was no good outside patio seating for guests. Juat overall i definitely whsh we would've spent a little more on a better hotel.

Will never stay here again. Had to stay because was USAAA hotel for softball. Property is worn, dated and needs to be completely gutted. Parking lot is like a mine field of pot holes. Pricing because of affiliation was outrageous base on value.
