The room with a view of the Horseshoe Mountain is really beautiful, and the living room is large, but the hotel food is average. We booked the hotel's omkase, which is not cost-effective and not too amazing

I have been skiing in Niseko many times. This is my first summer visit and my first time staying at this hotel. The room is spacious and comfortable, the service is good, and the food is good. It's just a pity that the garden of the outdoor bath is not well maintained and does not match the feeling of a high-end hotel.

From the room to the service and food, everything is great. The key is to soak in the hot spring every night ♨️ to immediately relieve the fatigue of a day of skiing

As expected of a Ritz-Carlton, the service is meticulous, considerate and warm. The lobby is very unique and the food is delicious. The room is quite big, and it’s very comfortable to lie on the window sill and look at the snowy scenery outside!
