The room that renewed the main building, the chef recommended Iroha I stayed for one night at Zen! This Onsen hotel is 100 points full points perfect. Attention to detail in every single way. Great location, 5mins drive from Annupuri ski resort. Hotel has the amazing forest view, offer free parking. Hotel is shoes free, all guests will require to take off shoes when enter hotel. All staff are friendly and helpful. They will make 100% effort. Hotel offered ski lesson and rental very convenient. Hotel has outdoor public bath and spa treatment. Free lounge has wine, champagne, tea, juice and snacks to guests. The set breakfast and hotel dinner is world class quality. Hotel rooms are very spacious! Noted room will supply plenty of bottle of water and some snack for guests. I can't wait to come back and stay longer for next time! Will recommended to anyone and everyone! Konbu Onsen your service really touch my heart. We are very grateful to stay in such wonderful hotel. We went during winter as it is the best season to visit Niseko but what makes our trip exceptionally memorable is this hotel that we can call our 'home' during our 5-night stay in December 2023. The room is exceptionally comfortable and clean but what stands out is the superb hospitality and service from the hotel's team. From the moment we checked in, the Front Office team was very welcoming (shout out to Kiel, Ryoka and the whole team) including the amiable and helpful hotel manager, Ms. Yolande (who took her time to welcome us and have a brief chat). Yolande even made sure to greet the guests every morning as we all walked to the restaurant for breakfast. It is the little things like this that make the difference. And thank you for all the tips and advice which was very very helpful.. During our stay, we were very comfortable and enjoyed the whole winter at Niseko's experience, especially returning to our cosy hotel and room after a long day exploring the small town. Thanks to the housekeeping team who always kept the room in the best condition (I think they make up the room a minimum of two times a day) - I didn't manage to get your names but your work is highly appreciated. On top of that, we always look forward to going for breakfast every morning as the menu prepared is of excellent quality - serving the best produce from Hokkaido like snow king crab. The team at the restaurant deserves much praise. Shoutout to the team (Goong, Korn, Ploy, Nut, Riko and Kristina). Thank you for your warm hospitality and the little conversations we had. I have lots of fond memories during my stay here and I look forward to coming back again real soon and seeing the familiar faces I've met on this trip.

Excellent rooms which are large enough to accommodate a family of four with 2 children (aged 10 and 12) inclusive. The Niseko-yo was also nearby to offer a wider option for food choices. The view for breakfast during my trip was simply breathtaking. Breakfast buffet spread was the best I have ever had (and my standards are pretty high!) For those who love skiing around Niseko, the hotel offers shuttle bus services around this area. Facilities and amenities live up to the Hilton name. Onsen is superb! Will definitely stay here again. The most beautiful hotel in Niseko, suitable for family travel, great service, 5 minutes drive from the snow field, 15 minutes drive from JR, hotel pick-up, the main point is that the hotel has only six rooms, very quiet, the snow scene is very beautiful, you can pat Blockbuster, the hotel configuration is absolutely super five-star, the hair dryers are Dyson, the showers are bodyshop, the first two days of sliding in Ki niseco. Two days of snow, back pain, after switching to this hotel, stayed in the hotel for a day. Children make snowmen to play sleighs and take pictures. Children's happiest day, every time they pay special attention to the quality of the hotel. Nice, simple hotel not far from Annupuri ski resort. We had a room with a private toilet and shower however there are some rooms with shared bathrooms - almost hostel like. They provided breakfast each morning and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is on a main street but easily accessible with a bus stop just yards away from the front door. The bus will take you to all the ski resorts and is easy to use, however the busses seem to only come each hour so planning around that was a bit difficult. Overall we were happy with our stay and recommend if you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel in Niseko.

I stayed for the consecutive holidays in October. When you enter the hotel, you can see Mt. Yotei beautifully in front of the lounge, which is a masterpiece. It is a small inn with 18 rooms. There are two types of guest rooms, Yama no Ma and Mizu no Ma, and this time we stayed in the Mizu no Ma. There was a semi-open-air hot spring between the bedroom, living room, and tatami mats. My impression was that it was spacious and had a lot of closets. However, since it was the room on the Mt. Yotei side, which was the furthest from the main building, the view of Mt. Yotei from the room was subtle because it was a low-rise building. The open-air bath is large enough for 2 to 3 people, and it is a luxury. I was also impressed with the food this time. I ate at the iron plate counter and Japanese cuisine (Japanese cuisine counter) instead of the dining room on both days, but I was surprised that there were two counters at a ryokan of this size. The teppanyaki was delicious, but the Japanese food was very high quality and I was able to enjoy a meal that I can't easily find in the city. It is impression that quantity of breakfast is few (because there are many elderly visitors?) if we say forcibly. I have stayed at Zaborin, Park Hyatt Niseko, Ritz-Carlton Reserve Niseko and this area in the past, but this is my favorite accommodation in this area.
