本次住店體驗想對較差，酒店環境沒得説，餐食方面做得不是很好，早餐、晚餐小食可供選擇太少太少，像在麗江隨便一個三星級酒店都會有自助餐，並不是我們住酒店要吃多少，在這家酒店甚至給客人單點消費的機會都沒有；其次接待人員工作態度的問題，我們是晚上21:31分到店，我當時不知道管家是誰，以為minibar和前廳接待是分開的，也不知道我們所在的位置就是辦理入住的前台，當著前台服務人員的麪撥通電話給酒店攜程負責的聯繫人説我們已經到了，還拿着兩個行李包，但是前台服務人員完全沒有把我們當回事，過了5分鐘在接待羣再次撥打電話催促，接聽電話的男士説話語氣也是怪怪的，我已經説我們到前台了，而且那兒衹有我和我對象兩個人，但是管家羣裏要求我們拍照片發位置，真的無法理解，我們訂的房間價格雖然不是上千，但是這樣的接待服務絕對配不上這樣的價位，不知道是不是旺季漲價的原因……後來前台管家也解釋道歉了，説以為我們是已經辦理入住了的客人，去散步回來了的，但是我明明到了就當著她的麪立馬打了電話，説我們到了，不知道她們是怎麼想的，當時看她是一小姑娘，也不忍心當面説，希望以後對所有客户都平等對待。還有一個小姐姐在大廳裏直播，是它們家酒店**運營的直播，我們坐在大廳觀看她的直播，聲音不是很大，但是她卻過來要求我們把聲音關小，理由是影響她直播會有迴音，我真的覺得有點離譜，酒店營銷難道不是需要在尊重客户私隱的前提下進行嗎，我們坐在大廳都被錄在直播裏。我們都還沒有責怪她一直在吧啦吧啦講個不停影響我們的放鬆時間，她卻反過來要求我們不要影響她直播環境，我真的服了……
