我當天被安排到走廊盡頭的房間，走廊很長很黑暗，出門時沒注意到走廊的中間有個小坡，可能是因為我當時穿的越野鞋，鞋底有點卡着地毯， 人失去重心，往前一撲，就摔到在地上，兩個膝蓋都破皮了，腳也一時麻木刺痛的感覺，過了5分鐘膝蓋才恢復知覺 並而確定沒有傷到骨頭，下樓到大廳向前台反應情況，建議他們應該在地上標識有坡，並且走道的燈光應該要調亮些。結果他們根本沒有做任何改變，也沒有消毒水給我清理傷口，找半天給我一瓶治內傷消腫的葯水。這樣的酒店怎麼可以沒有緊急救助箱？！ 這次的膝蓋破皮一直半着我3個星期的旅程，特別在後麪的川西旅程中，在一些寒冷的地區，帶給我很多的困擾和不便😤

Clean comfortable room with a massive bed. A do not disturb sign would be helpful. Housekeeping returned later in the day to clean when I was out without being promoted which was appreciated! Front desk helpful too!
