The hotel upgraded our room to Zhuju. We checked in on Sunday and Monday to avoid peak travel, so there were few people in the hotel. The breakfast was adjusted to two choices of Chinese and Western, which was considered rich. Although I have never met the housekeeper Amy in person, I contacted her on WeChat. The service was excellent and she responded to every request. We felt that the pillow was a little high, so she immediately arranged for a new pillow to be delivered. I slept very well at night.
