第一次入住寧海安嵐，就被酒店的服務和環境打動了。管家Adil熱情的接待了我們，把入住的細節，各環節的服務都安排得妥妥的，更讓人感動的是晚上我女兒過敏，我想去葯店買葯，他急我們所急，十多分鐘左右就安排幫我們買好送到了房間，讓我們非常有安全感，在此也要説聲謝謝。另外打掃衞生的大姐、接駁車的應姐和大哥們都非常的熱情友好，值得一提的還有餐廳，真是味美服務好，在下雨天可以在酒店享用到當地美食。

這次升級到了向竹居，酒店環境純天然氧吧，居住的房間不用推開窗户便是山水風光。酒店短駁車接送服務相當周到，預約片刻便能到達，開車的師傅車技很穩，上下坡很平穩。酒店早餐較有特色，較為精品系，吃的很舒服，前台服務人員服務周到，熱情。
