But there are several problems:
1. The picture of the room on Trip.com has a balcony, but the room I went to that day did not have a balcony. I changed the room at my request. 90% of the rooms in the whole building have a balcony (according to my observation). The order in Trip.com also picked a bad room, basically never encountered it before;
2, no shower cap, no money to buy! Disposable toothbrush comb disposable slippers are available, no shower cap is really inconvenient, but no matter the hotel picture or introduction, there is no prompt for no disposable items, so it will make people think that all are provided but it is very important that the shower cap is not available, it feels unfriendly to women.
3. The parent-child room has one big and one small two beds and three toothbrushes, but I give two bottles of water. If I want another bottle, I need to pay 1.5 yuan, and I can collect money, but I really can't understand the logic of the third bottle of water in the triple room with more than 600 yuan.
That is, the whole hotel is fine, but the strange bugs on the service are very uncomfortable.
