本是定位在克什克騰熱水鎮，但是去哪兒網彈出的是赤峯熱水鎮。因為帶狗子出行，所以提前確認了是否能入住。14:00給酒店打電話，説正好有兩件空房，是剛剛被退掉的。隨後加vx轉了房費。17:46從景區準備導航的時候發現位置出現了偏差，第一時間聯繫了酒店。電話中對方直接開懟：“誰讓你自己沒有看清楚的”，我答覆：好，如果還有其他客人訂房，您就把我的房費退我好了。大約19:30正在吃飯的時候，我刷了下手機，該賓館有兩間空房已掛出。23:25去哪兒app顯示該酒店已無房。那麼就有個疑問了：1.房間是不是定出了呢？如果沒有，app為什麼顯示無房。定出的話，為什麼沒有退我房費？2.下午我致電給酒店的時候，説剛有人退了兩間房，那麼這位顧客有沒有退款呢？退了的話，為什麼他可以退，不能退我。那有沒有可能也沒退他錢呢？以上衹做事實陳述，各位請自己把握，還願不願意住店吧！
