Room very clean and new. Location is good. Staff is very friendly and helpful, especially a very tall lady wearing white shirt and a young male counter staff. Will surely choose this hotel again and also recommend it to others.

Everything was great. Immensely convenient, being located at 2 subway lines intersection, just 100m away from the nearest subway entrance. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and bright rooms. Even got free and tasty soft ice cream at the hotel lobby, which I had one every time back. Lucky to be upgraded, and had a slightly bigger room, open city view and free mini-bar for our 1 week stay

The hotel is very cost-effective. Although it is divided into Building A and Building B, the breakfast is not separated. The gym and other facilities can be shared. Building B should have been renovated and the facilities are newer. However, the semi-transparent design of the bathroom is a bit unfamiliar, but everything else is good.

The room is decorated in Chinese style, clean, tidy and warm, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and there is an extra-wide dressing table and bench, which are not available in other hotels. The hotel was clean and made my experience great at staying. The location is very close to Tianyi Square and malls. I stayed for 1 night as had to attend a meeting. Would definitely stay here if ever had to come Ningbo.

Location is fantastic but it also mean it will be very noisy with constant car honking. The air con is so hard to adjust and in the end we have to open the windows to sleep.

hotel location is good , 15 minutes to airport by suttle bus, hotel room is clean , just without instan coffee in the room . Loundy room help so much and simple fitness room.
