Ningbo Yinzhou District Hotels

I had booked after seeing the reviews. However, the hotel was not upto the mark. Check in was smooth. However, none of the staff knew even little English so had to use translation app. My original booked room had some noise coming in so they upgraded it for free, kudos to that. The rooms were tooooo small. No basic amenities like wardrobe. Hangers were available but no allocated space to hang the clothes. Breakfast was horrible. Coffee machine had only Espresso available. No cappuccino or latte was available. The front desk team was always available to help via wechat since none knew English.

Everything was fine, but only very cold in the restaurant where we had breakfast and there I saw only Chinese food and no good sweets and coffee. Thanks for presents

The hotel is nice and room are spacious. The location is fine too. Breakfast is more Chinese stile oriented but there is a coffee machine and the coffee is fine. The only issue I had are bites all over my feet and legs by insects. I think it is due to the carpet floor both in the rooms and on each floor corridor.

The room was beyond my expectation. It was my first time staying at Atour. The bedding was very comfortable, the room facilities were reasonable, and the shower was good. The room was of a suitable size, clean and tidy. I recommend it to everyone.

This hotel had some wonderful review which actually led me to book it for the first time . This was my third visit to the property. Based on my experience over the three visit which were rather lengthy this hotel’s target market is predominantly local market . If compared to their international franchise 4 star peers the hotel lacks in many areas. 1. They offer a good spread of buffet breakfast but the assortment is mostly focused on locals guests . The selection seldom changes. 2. The bakery products offered were not fresh . Found to be cold and stale 3. Fresh fruits were found to be mixed with stale ones , not sure if they used the ones from the previous days . 4. House keeping was not the best , often found coffee-tea cups not cleaned or replaced . 5. Requested for in room complimentary coffee instead of tea . They sell coffee pouches at lobby, but instead they ask me to go down and ask for coffee at the lobby. 6. The small gym does not have any sanitiser tissue to clean the equipment before use . 7. At the lobby they have a cafe which is also the office for the hotel management staff. In the evening the area is completely mosquito infested , difficult to sit even for 5 minutes . 8. The hotel turned off the Cookson’s system , inside room temperature went up to 29 degree C. After repeated request they did something but that also did not take the temperature below 24 Degrees. 9. The hotel needs serious consideration about training the lobby staffs . A simple way to explain is their face is curved in stone . No emotion! 10. They need to review their safety protocol, they sent my guest directly to the room without even asking . For many my comments may not matter for some it may . I have spent almost 10 days on my last visit so I can’t ignore those . The best part of the stay was Mary ( forgot to ask her position). I think she’s the manager . She is the ideal face of a hotel . She has been the most pleasant and supportive among all the staffs at the hotel.

Perfect location it's 5 star feeling clean if you are in ningbo this is a best place to stay and easy approaching room have beautiful view

The booked 3-person room is actually the same as the ordinary double room, but the sofa bed is opened, the sofa bed size is satisfactory, and the normal bed is as high as the normal bed. The adults in 1.65 have no problem sleeping, and the sofa bed also comes with usb charging! The room size is right, 3 adults will not feel crowded, the layout is reasonable! Breakfast is excellent, there are Ningbo soup and rice cakes, the toppings of noodle soup are changed every day, the taste is very good, and there are many choices of cake bread! There were a lot of breakfast people on May 1, resulting in the front hall full of people. The hotel immediately changed the growth table the next day, solving the crowding problem! The response to the problem is very fast! The attitude is positive, and because my children can't get up for breakfast, the hotel also provides packing boxes and paper cups, you can pack breakfast, this should give five-star praise! Humanized! The booked 3-person room included breakfast for 2 people and the front desk proposed unreasonable, the front desk offered to send one! Praise! A single point of 88 yuan. The sound insulation is not very good. Someone ran upstairs and solved it after reacting twice. The only dissatisfaction was that when I checked in, I saw that many guests received Haagen-Dazs for free. I asked several front desks to answer to pay for it. After reading the reviews, I knew that the check-out was free. Because I checked out the room card directly, I didn't receive it. But the hotel should take the initiative to inform me when I ask Overall, the price of May 1st to live in this store, the price is really very high, I am temporarily booked one day in advance! I hope to maintain this price!

The cabin area was quiet & tranquil, and the private hot spring is big & clean, it has a roof & thin curtains which is very helpful during the winter time. Although the room is a bit small, I especially loved the heated flooring. The staff were all courteous & wears a smile all the time, that’s the Howard Johnson brand. I was just surprised that food room service was over at 9pm, but the staff Xiong helped us order food from the outside enthusiastically! Five stars!!!

The hotel is conveniently located. If you want to eat, you can go to the Cultural Square, where there are old brands and several distinctive Western restaurants. The room is simple and warm in design, the intelligent system is very convenient, the bed, pillows and quilt are all comfortable, and my picky husband also praised it. The city night view is great, thanks to the beautiful lady at the front desk for the free upgrade of the room.

Our stay at grace hotel was amazing! The staff was friendly, and check-in was easy. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a great view. We loved how comfy the bed was, and the bathroom was luxurious with nice toiletries. The hotel is in a perfect location, close to everything.The staff was always helpful and gave us great tips on what to do around the city. We had such a great time and Highly recommend it!
