酒店環境不錯，與自然村落巧妙融合別有一番風味，新春佈置也花了些心思，只是明清街缺少一些氛圍，略顯蕭條，餐飲也略微遜色了一些，沒有寧波當地特色菜品，總體感覺還是不錯的，設施也齊全，服務也很貼心

過年出遊，住在十七房觀堂，比較有出度假的感覺。服務很好，環境也很好，管家小賀服務很熱情，總體滿意。

酒店的服務態度很好，特別是管家仙仙服務很周到處處為客人着想。這次是升級住在了大床小別墅，房間寬敞乾淨但設施一般，如果客廳裏有洗手池那就更好了。環境也不錯，下次還會再去。
