房間一進去就是一股煙味，溝通換房之後急匆匆來給了個房卡就走了，也沒説什麼，換房耽誤時間，打電話問能不能晚十幾分鍾退房，回覆就是要另外收費，再解釋為什麼要晚的原因，電話裏的男服務員直接沉默了，服務態度真的不敢恭維，我是在五星級酒店上班的，再熟悉不過前台的流程，而且全季酒店也不算小品牌，請問上崗前真的有培訓過嗎？

地理位置是它最大的優勢，周邊就有最大型的購物廣場，周邊的美食非常多，對面的湘菜非常好吃，隔兩條街的甬味餐廳紅燒雜魚非常推薦，離各個景點也很近，比如鼓樓 老外灘，鼓樓的早對門早飯很好吃，缺點可能就是窗户無法打開，因為樓層太高，衹能用中央空調！

交通方便，出門很多公交車，到附近景點基本就是兩三站路。這邊很多吃的，城隍廟就在旁邊。前台服務很熱情主動送水，還收到了伴手禮，非常愉快的住宿，下次還會來。
