酒店服務不錯，從入停車場開始，每一個工作人員都會打招呼，有問必答，提供需求。對此次對接的管家小奕服務很滿意。親子活動蠻多，夏天遛娃一站式酒店躺平，娃很開心。早餐現做肉包和烤餅味道不錯。

本次很幸運地升級到温泉套房，孩子們都很開心。辦理入住時管家小進就很貼心地幫忙運送行李，入住的兩晚都安排送來牛奶和小點心，退房時保安武大叔也熱情地幫忙把行李幫上車，期間去了酒店的中餐廳吃午餐，味道還不錯，菜品也比較精緻
