It is obviously a five-star Huaqiao Howard Johnson Hotel, but the same deluxe courtyard hot spring room is divided into (barely 4-star Erlingshan Hot Spring) and (5-star Quanyue Building). The two room types are not only different in size and newness, but also in the quality of the amenities. Erlingshan Hot Spring bath products are of a miscellaneous brand, 2 bottles of water, and 2 bags of instant coffee; Quanyue Building bath series is a Japanese brand, with a Yuebishi moisturizer, 4 bottles of water and 2 Nestle capsule coffee and 6 bottles of beverages. Why do I know this? Because the air conditioner in the Erlingshan deluxe courtyard room I stayed in did not heat, there were many fallen leaves in the pool in the yard, and the basin with too weird design bounced into the water and made people crazy. I wanted to take my mother to a hot spring happily, but I had to report the problem for an hour after staying. The effect of making 4 calls was not as good as going to the front desk myself. Finally, a person in charge appeared to coordinate and solve the problem, and then upgraded to the 5-star Quanyue Building (smiley face) when the air conditioning heating failed. btw, the pools and yards of the two room types are not much different. The whole process gave people a very bad feeling. As a hotel service staff, it is outrageous that they have no ability to solve problems quickly. There is no service at all. Selling ordinary economy rooms under the name of a five-star hotel is a low business method. I suggest that if you don’t care about hot springs, it’s better to stay at Hilton. If you really want to stay and want to experience five-star service, choose Quanyuelou, otherwise you will only experience speechless.

The room was very clean and there were free fruits. The hotel service was also very good. The staff passing by would greet us warmly. The butler Xiaoye was very considerate and asked us in advance what kind of goodnight drinks we needed. The hotel's breakfast was also very good with a wide variety of options.
