Review: we find very pleasant the stay in the Hyatt Centric, specially they are amazing with dogs , our dog has been welcome for everyone , the new room is very bright and clean, the hotel is amazing and we really recommend it. Fantastic stay! Great service, friendly staff, especially the manager and a dog-loving attitude. The location is great (next to the lake), plenty of facilities within reach and east access with car. Will definitely stay here again on our visits to Ningbo; Sly (our dog) says 'see you again'!

Good palace to stay, you must try this hotel.

The breakfast table did not have salt and pepper. The hotel is in a new office area near the company that we wanted to visit. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It was a great stay! Especially the front desk assistant Louis and Mina who helped check in (the smile was super sweet, and I was healed) were very professional and enthusiastic! They were very patient when checking in, and every need they raised was perfectly solved! It really made me feel comfortable with the service! If you have a need, you will want to tell them, because you believe that it will be taken seriously and solved ~ (rather than just thinking about enduring it) and upgraded to a lake view room. The moment I opened the door, I was amazed by the floor-to-ceiling windows. I would be willing to stay in the room all the time! I also received welcome fruit in the evening ~ The room attendants were also very considerate and cleaned every day. The hotel facilities are also very good, with a swimming pool and a gym on the top floor, and a wide view. The towels and quilts are also clean and odorless. What impressed me most was the smiling faces of every employee! Vigorous and energetic! People who are in a state of near-death have more energy to write PPT after reading it. I learned that it is still a pet-friendly hotel! I must bring my furry children back if I have the chance in the future!

The room was very clean. Cassie at the front desk responded promptly and attentively. She also upgraded the room type. The atmosphere of the pet-friendly hotel is also very good, suitable for bringing dogs to play.

The room is spacious, bright, airy and comfortable. The hygiene details are very well done, and the bedding is also comfortable and breathable. The only drawback is that there is no bathtub in the basic room type. The swimming pool is not big but there are not many people and the experience is good. The gym also has a body fat scale. The Tongyuan restaurant downstairs is unexpectedly delicious, especially the hot wok is full of flavor.

The environment is beautiful, especially the view outside the window. There is a lake next to the hotel, and it feels great to walk there at night. Thanks to the front desk for their enthusiastic help. I will choose this place again on my next trip

The hotel has upgraded its lake view. When I checked in in the afternoon, I was facing the sparkling lake. The warm sunshine filled the room, which was very beautiful. The room was very clean. The fruit cakes given during the Chinese New Year, the oranges should be authentic Xiangshan Red Beauty, sweet and tender, better than the ones I bought myself. I especially recommend the swimming pool! It is very clean, the water temperature is just right, and it is not as deep as the paddling pool, so you can swim seriously! The hotel restaurant is even better. I strongly recommend eating dinner in the hotel. It is more delicious and affordable than restaurants outside.

The second time I stayed at Hyatt Centric Lakeside Ningbo, and it was still as beautiful as I remembered😊The environment is beautiful, there is a beautiful lake view behind the hotel, and there are two business districts around it. It is also very convenient to order takeout, but you have to go to the takeout cabinet at the door to get it, it cannot be delivered upstairs and there is no robot🤖On the first day of check-in, the front desk lady Cassie also helped us upgrade to a lake view room for free🥰. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable🛏️. All the staff are very enthusiastic and have a good attitude. Thank you Lila and Cotton, and the little brother at the coffee counter. I forgot to ask his name. I asked for a cup of hot water and he gave me a cup lid. ❤️I will choose this hotel next time I come to Ningbo. I look forward to the next "trip" with Hyatt~
