房間很寬，挺乾淨的，設施也很齊全，桌子沙發洗衣機空調電視機都有配備，很適合短租或者旅遊。
地理位置也很好，就在寧波市中心，上離月湖公園很近，下離城隍廟天一廣場很近。離地鐵站也挺近的，到鼓樓天一閣老外灘都很方便。而且不在主幹道附近晚上也不會很吵。
老闆非常友好，給我們升級了房型，有啥需求都是儘量滿足很好商量，紙巾沒了讓老闆送也是很快就送過來了，還選了i人最友好的“接頭”方式。入住須知裏面很多東西都描述的很詳細。完全不用怕找不到或者不知道房間裏面東西咋用。
總之，就是環境，衞生，價格，位置，服務都很達標的一家酒店式民宿啦～

預訂的被前一晚的顧客續租了，老闆直接給換一個空間一樣大的房間，比之前訂的還要貴，房間算原先得價格。 離城隍廟天一廣場都很近，附近美食也多。地鐵也方便。不錯
