和朋友來南塘老街玩，去周邊都很方便，前台小姐姐服務很好一直笑臉服務還升級了房間，有問必答，主動幫忙開停車券（打電話諮詢時候一個男服務員説不包停車費，還有點擔心），最後拉了東西也趕緊打電話送來，很貼心好評
美中不足：隔音稍差，有熊孩子在打鬧，一個下午沒休息好，但這也沒辦法怪酒店方
吹風機風力小，我一個男生都吹了5分鐘，還有掛廁紙的勾子根本掛不住，一扯整卷就掉下來了
環境裝修的很好看，整體不錯

酒店位於南塘老街二期的E區，自駕的朋友可以導航到南塘老街P3地下停車場，停車位可以選擇10號電梯那一區域這樣到酒店最方便，離店時告知酒店前台車牌號，可以免費離場，具體停車事宜可以諮詢酒店。酒店房間乾淨整潔，服務態度好，早餐是常規的餐點，餐品衞生，擺放整齊，牛奶，咖啡，果汁也有。酒店距離天一閣博物院大概4公里左右，距離老外灘大概是5公里左右。老街主要遊玩和餐飲集中在一期那塊區域，可能是雙休日吧很是熱鬧，祖關山路東面是一期。酒店處於二期的街尾，所以晚上也很安靜，能夠很好的休息，個人而言是不錯的選擇。
