非常差！來酒店之前打電話確認帶小狗規則，酒店手機和座機打好幾個均無人接聽。後面平台協助才接，接電話是前台那個胖點的女的，我問小狗是免費對吧？還沒等我説完就插話説100元清潔費，我説我這個訂單顯示免費，就想再次確認一下。她才很不好氣的講，哦我以為是**團購！間接嫌棄了一波**客户！進酒店很順暢，沒有其他評論講保安不讓進，或者阻攔的情況。到酒店後帶我徑直去了地下樓層，陽台下面一堆亂泥土非常糟糕，後面斷續帶我看了兩個房間，還是保潔大姐讓她帶我看的！這期間我抱着小狗，一衹手拎着包，她全程沒有一句客氣話，還主動把包遞到我手裡，作為服務行業最基本的在這裡是看不到的！wife密碼需要你主動詢問，問餐廳幾點下班，告知沒客人就下班，到最後我也不知道到底幾點下班！帶小狗玩累了想休息會，幾個工作人員在院子裏大喊大叫大聲説話。是工作人員不是客人！酒店基礎設施比較舊，空調裏都是很厚老灰。床邊臟的要命！院子裏雜草叢生，初始面貌應該不差，看得出老闆應該曾經也用過心，格局啥的都不錯。不知道後面為啥就放棄了！導致服務員把工作的地方當成家，前台一米五左右穿工作服的男的，兩個女的，幾個人靠在門上，趴在吧枱有説有笑，看到進來的每個客人無視。所以在這裏服務是有的，但是也沒有！

酒店景色很美，還有錦鯉，小盆友很喜歡，適合不喜歡人多度假出行的，下午茶坐在窗邊曬着太陽吃別有風味。就是酒店的鍋爐需要清理，熱水出來不知道是水垢還是鐵銹很黃

酒店的設施絕對對得起這個價格，關鍵是酒店還在景點裏麪。就等於免費玩景點了，週末放鬆一下還是不錯的，來年開春應該會很美！這個房間的熱水不太行，但是房間夠大，還有很大一個露台。對了，另外有一點非常不滿意，明明定的山居大床房介紹是有浴缸的，實際給的那間沒有，我也懶得問了。

我衹能説套餐絕對對的起這個價格，就這個價格對酒店的期望值別太高，那就絕對會出乎意料，酒店在景區裏，風景還是不錯的，關鍵現在是淡季，人很少，住在裏面可以自駕到處逛逛還是不錯的，有很多小朋友免費的設施，也有收費，這次就玩了幾個收費，雖然不便宜，但是很是很值得。另外吐槽一下房間的8818熱水太差了，冷死了。

衞生條件不錯，房間乾淨整潔，房間不僅整體乾淨，細節方面打掃的也是一絲不苟，前台小姐姐態度服務都很熱情，酒店位置在景區內，適合帶着孩子家人出來散散心 ，下次在來看看三月份的櫻花雨
