1、明確需要延遲退房，前台説是十八元一小時，一小時後打電話告知必須按三小時八十元來算，並稱剛剛打電話的前台是新來的，但是錢必須按八十元算，請問貴酒店培訓不周的問題需要客人來承擔嗎？
2、延時中途打掃阿姨直接開門進來，這是下了逐客令嗎？
3、到前台還進行了一番拌嘴，前台態度差，聲稱必須按三小時八十元來算，那為什麼在延時的中途會有打掃阿姨進來打掃呢？邏輯錯誤了吧小哥
