酒店很好，整個入住過程愉快，房間的佈局很不錯，各類設施齊全，衞生更是細緻，真的是超級棒的體驗，大落地窗視野超開闊的，裝修風格也是很棒，床品也特別特別舒服，有種在家住的感覺，周邊交通便利，環境舒適，地下停車場也很大，停車方便，還配備了充電樁，真的很贊，服務也是非常棒，特別是前台的Cathy服務熱情周到，有什麼需要都可以第一時間協助解決，強烈推薦！！！下次還來！

首先這家洲際讓我感受到了很多的人文關懷。前台的Cathy態度特別好，會替我們考慮，樓層安排合理，並且因為我和父母帶着寶寶，考慮房間衹有一份早餐，還免費為我們多贈送了一份成人早餐，很感謝，而且因為寶寶要喝奶，主動放了很多瓶裝水，讓我和家人很温暖，後續解決問題也很及時，溝通愉快。接着是行政酒廊的Alice，因為看我們帶着孩子，主動提出可以幫寶寶打包一些糕點在回程路上吃，得知我們喜愛巧克力布朗尼後，裝了一整盒，還貼心的為母親準備了愛吃的藍莓，真的很感謝，希望Alice和Cathy都能繼續保持，為下一位客人帶去温暖與感動。最後表揚一下13樓層的保潔阿姨，態度好，做事麻利，加床時還會特意考慮沙發和圓幾的位置佈置，很感謝。最後因為老牌五星，環境衞生服務都很完美，稍微有一點就是設施中花灑不是很集中了，客廳天花板有一個射燈是壞的，希望酒店能抓緊修復，其他都很完美，如果下次再去寧波，我們一定會再來洲際！
