服務真的很好，整個洲際也很大，辦理入住小嚴很耐心的講解，我們要求的房型也得到了滿足，但的確酒店可能比較老了，設施除了智能馬桶，其他比較一般，同類型的千島湖洲際和蘇州洲際可能設施上更完善，比如浴室可以有地方坐，老年人感覺比較好，早餐很多，服務也很洲際，如果翻新下可能更好吧

酒店設施相對有些陳舊了，但服務水準還是很在線的。
前台的yota（我記得姓嚴）幫忙辦理的入住，不但送了雙早，還寫了卡片送了飲料禮物到房間，整體感覺非常好。另外更加分的是，辦退房時正好也是這位幫忙，聊天當中並沒有特意來要好評，讓我純粹是因為服務到位想要來感謝。在國內這種很卷的環境裏非常難得，十分感謝。
除此之外早餐的接待就稍差一些，引座的那位雖然不記得名字，但家裡人因為不想坐在偏冷的位置想要坐其它地方的時候一直在説這裏也有人了，那裡也有人了。而實際情況是她説過的座位根本沒人，後來有人也是自己想要坐這裏，也讓他坐下了。
家裡人還特意讓我記下她的名字想要投訴，我覺得也沒有必要，衹想説員工培訓還有可以改進的地方。
總體對寧波洲際印象不錯，下次再來。

寧波洲際酒店讓我住的太滿意了，趙經理房間都都安排升級，可以環湖走一圈，心情舒暢，房間很大，佈局很人性化，設施很新，浴缸超讚，房間出去看到這麼大的露台，又可以看湖景，娃可以盪秋天，做作業，家長還可以打牌，曬曬太陽太完美本是住一晚，看到此陽台，立馬下前台續住一晚，還邀請了朋友，直接開二個房間對娃是認真的，早上的自助餐，麪包甜度剛好，半點不膩，是我吃過所有五星級裏最好的麪包，氣氛很贊！

一家人在洲際度過了很有年味的春節，從始而終。Canthy子晗工作細緻，提前整合了四個房間的多訂單多房型，倍感温馨。入住期間，不僅有舞獅舞龍的熱鬧，還能感受和體驗書寫春聯製作糖人搗年糕壓模年年有魚貝殼胸針紙扇暈染等等傳統文化。每日活動不重樣，非常感謝
