地理位置優越，出門就是韓嶺老街和韓嶺美術館。服務非常到位，餐廳小韓服務周到，我們自己帶的水果，餐廳主動幫忙洗好切好，走的時候還送了伴手禮。

設施：最滿意的是床品，非常舒服。其次發現洗浴用品是寶格麗的，吹風機是戴森的。空調温感靈敏，房間温度能控制在自己想要的温度，且沒有風感。電視機也是真的可以看你願意打開看的那種，不是擺設！
衞生：連準備的毛毯都是乾淨的
環境：房間內環境非常好。大堂辦理入住體驗感也很好，出入很方便，中式氛圍。（但是建議電梯內可以去一下氣味，中間長廊區域可以打空調，空調外機可以放在更合理的位置。）
服務：服務非常好，管家小王從入住前就與我對接，期間各項需求都完成的非常令人滿意，都是竭盡所能服務好客户，非常優秀的服務。

酒店不大，充滿了設計感。位置就在韓嶺老街入口，逛街非常方便。斜對面是韓嶺美術館，非常有格調。最值得稱道的是酒店服務，入住當天，我們找不到租借電瓶車的地方，當值的婷婷小姐姐步行把我們送到租車點。晚班的慧慧和嬌嬌全程陪同我家小朋友，還送他貼心小禮物，老母親真的太省力了！下次來東錢湖還會住這家。
