非常非常滿意的一次入住體驗。因為個人原因，對床品要求較高，這次新芝給我調換了薰衣草的枕頭和薄的被子，這幾天都睡得非常好。因為入住期間遇到颱風天氣，打不到車，前台小哥們幫我們想辦法，並且冒着大風大雨把我們送到了地鐵站。整個入住期間，房間都收拾的乾淨整潔，服務人員專業有禮，下次來寧波還會入住新芝。

酒店環境很好，離地鐵4號線也很近，出酒店右拐就到了。服務態度也很好，晚上還送了銀耳湯。隔音效果好，很安靜。早餐種類齊全，值得推薦。下次再來寧波，還是選擇這裏。

酒店位於市中心，入住前就會接到酒店的電話，確認入住訊息，並添加微信，房間很大，設備齊全，打掃的很乾凈。位於一樓的自助餐廳裝修大氣，味道很不錯，服務管家小孫熱情周到，值得讚揚。如有下次，還會入住新芝
