酒店的服務很好，Coco很熱情，服務態度特別棒，衞生很乾凈，還有就是離樂園和銀泰很近 步行3～5分鐘。吃逛非常非常方便，整體就是十分的舒適。

酒店房間又大又乾淨，地理位置超棒。旁邊就是商場和樂園，吃飯遊玩購物都很方便。羅蒙樂園很好玩，小朋友玩的很開心。

這次入住羅蒙希爾頓花園酒店的體驗實在太驚喜了，必須好好誇誇！去樂園超級方便。
首先要重點表揚的是管家Cece，從入住前的溝通到離店時的送別，她的服務都讓人感覺無比貼心。入住前主動確認行程、詢問需求，到店後很快幫我們辦好手續，還細心介紹了酒店的設施和周邊便利。住店期間有任何小問題，找Cece總能得到快速又周到的解決，比如我們臨時需要額外的枕頭，她不僅馬上送來，還貼心地詢問是否合適，由於拍攝退房晚了，還主動幫我們延時，那種被重視的感覺特別好，就像有個朋友在身邊幫忙打理一樣，專業又温暖。
除了Cece，酒店整體的服務水準也很在線。前台辦理效率高，態度熱情；客房服務響應及時，打掃得乾淨整潔。無論是工作人員的微笑問候，還是主動提供的幫助，都讓人感受到了滿滿的誠意和專業素養。
這次入住體驗非常棒，尤其要感謝管家Cece的貼心照顧，下次來還會選擇這裏！

房間不錯，攜程預訂的大床房，按照需求提供的無煙房，整體房間裏燈光的光線比較暗一點。
房間面向羅蒙樂園，雖然下雨，樂園的夜景也比較漂亮。
離羅蒙樂園非常近，酒店有樂園的套餐，適合小寶寶的家庭。
旁邊還有銀泰，購物也很方便
不過淋浴間沒有門，洗完澡還是有點涼。臨時想寫點東西，缺發現沒有筆和紙。
另外也沒有浴袍。
外賣有機器人送餐。
大堂有檸檬水和酸梅湯。
早上的自助餐還是比較不錯的，種類比較多，沒有涼牛奶，
