首先，園景房就是遠景房，從房間到親子遊玩的地方要走很久很久，第一天到問大堂工作人員有沒有地圖，就帶我到下車的地方拍了一張圖，等第三天快退房我們發現其實有一些捷徑可以走，但是沒人會主動告訴你的。號稱親子酒店，但一點都不為小朋友考慮，有室內室外兩個泳池，還有一個嬉戲池，看着三個離得很近，但從室外泳池到室內泳池走到懷疑人生，先要去b1繞一大圈再上到1樓，小孩子濕的泳衣穿身上還要經過吹空調的房間，很容易就生病了。室內泳池和室外嬉戲池有一個門直接可以走，但是，這個門是給員工走的，客人還是要到b1再電梯到1樓繞外面一圈才能到。小朋友第三天不肯下去吃早飯，大人就先去了，吃完問能不能給娃打包一點麪包雞蛋牛奶，服務員説如果大人吃完就不能打包了，大人沒吃的話可以打包，這個邏輯也是絕了，幸虧自己也有帶點吃的，但酒店這個態度真的還不如民宿有服務意識。早餐沒啥好吃的。套餐裏有集章卡（集完章可以換東西），但要集章需要玩收費的遊樂設施，不玩就沒法集章，也是一個套路。房間裏黑漆漆的，吹風機是老古董，所有孩子的東西都要打電話才會送來。希爾頓也是沒落了，價格是五星的價格，服務還不如快捷酒店。

房間：浴室很大，夏天我感覺被子太厚了，空調太低對着吹不太舒服
食物：中規中矩早餐，房間訂餐我覺得對於度假酒店定位來説比較少，點不出來
配套：夏天有室外泳池，這個很贊，就是來玩泳池的。可惜7pm就關了，然後運動館開到10pm。spa到12點。也算接上了。
位置：我覺得不錯，離鬧市區不算遠的，正好彌補了食物這個短板。面對東錢湖，室外泳池望出去還是很贊。
