房間很好，有一個很大的浴缸，颱風天玩不了水在房間也可以玩，因為兩個孩子提前和酒店聯繫幫忙拼了床。管家Cindy提前電話聯繫並加微信，後續還幫忙弄了章，讓小孩子免費玩了好多圈卡丁車，因為颱風天室外泳池關閉，還以為玩不到了，走的這天開了，Cindy還幫忙延遲退房到兩點，讓孩子們玩了一個多小時才走，非常感謝！後期還會再帶娃入住！

The experience was not very good. Dust was everywhere. Because the room was mainly black, dust was easy to see. I also specifically told them that there were children and hoped that it would be cleaned. It felt like no one had lived in the room for a long time. There were visible blood stains on the bed. There was only a box of tissues next to the washbasin in the whole room. It was very inconvenient. I guess it was a long time ago. There was no takeout nearby. You could only eat at the hotel's star restaurant. Although the naughty castle has two floors, it is very small. There is an indoor swimming pool. It is actually very boring for adults. 從硬件和酒店整體環境看是不錯的，但衞生方面與星級酒店有差距。首先9：00用早餐時服務員人手少，導致沒有乾淨的桌子，此時餐廳用餐客人並不多。服務員懶懶散散打掃，桌子不用清潔劑擦，餐墊也不換，在客人的注視下擦桌子也隨意馬虎，上桌用過的餐巾紙也不收掉。煎蛋區無廚師，下麪條的人兼顧煎蛋導致出錯。早餐體驗極差。

週末帶着家裡小朋友一起去東錢湖度假⛱️
本來還在糾結定哪個酒店， 但是發現這家希爾頓還是親子酒店！ 立刻馬上沖了
哇 酒店位置很好，就在湖邊而且酒店內很多藝術品！
包括大堂也是， 很有藝術氣息
入住酒店前台的時候，綠籮小姐姐也很温柔體貼。 知道我帶小孩子還準備了小童洗漱用品！
房間 無敵好， 面對着湖！ 好舒服啊 ！ 太適合度假了吧！
晚餐選擇在了酒店中餐廳，聽説還是黑珍珠！
真的很好吃！ 特別是亞麻脆皮雞和 土豆這些！
