客房沒有小冰箱、沒有浴袍、沒有手提袋，酒店客人較少，服務員也很少，一幅冷冷清清沒有人氣的感覺。設備設施和服務都達不到四鑽標準，不知道攜程怎麼評的4鑽。三鑽差不多。
