端午假節日兩天，正好碰上小童節，打算帶家人孩子一起，但説實話挺失望的。來之前對墅家這個品牌很期待，但實際入住體驗後祛魅了，酒店的管理有很大的問題。以下均來自本人的真實體驗感受，供大家參考。
先説設施，2019 年開業的酒店，房間牆面地面已經出現各種裂痕，包括公區，餐廳顯得舊而雜亂。可見業主方近幾年並沒有投入人員和精力去做維護工作。
再説最重要的服務，即便是硬件上有缺失，對一家所謂高端品牌民宿來説完全可以通過服務去彌補，但是很遺憾，入住了兩天，我們絲毫感覺不到温度，前台的姑娘兼管家從辦理入住開始對客就顯得很淡漠，也不知道是哪裡得罪她了，太太猜測説難道是第一天沒有在店內用餐，因為當時得知我們要出去用餐而不選擇在酒店內時就表現的挺不友好的，難道我們沒有選擇外出用餐的權利和自由？後來我們房間內缺少物資聯繫她，很長時間沒有回覆，不得已自己去往前台，卻發現空無一人，再一看原來是去旁邊早餐廳和其他空閑的同事聊天去了，最後還是另外工作人員幫我們解決問題，網上微信管家的回覆也很不專業且敷衍。唯一印象深刻的是第二天晚上值班的小夥子，會主動幫我們把東西送到房間門口，看到下雨天黑會打傘點燈把我們送到亮處。
接著説環境，客觀來講這裏整體還算不錯的，有一塊很大的户外草坪，綠化也不錯，特別是雨後空氣特別清新，唯一可惜的是原本我們計劃帶孩子在草坪上撒歡，也帶了很多裝備，但恰好端午當天碰到一對新人户外婚禮，佔用了整個草坪，一天下來從布場到婚禮，我們沒有其他户外空間去玩耍，酒店也沒有任何對於住客的説明或開闢其他給我們的活動區域，而第二天小童節又下大雨，我們大部分時間衹能周邊走走或者房間待着，節假日兩天也沒有組織任何活動，原本套餐內的手工活動也衹是給了一個手工玩具自己回家組裝🥲
總之，各方面挺拉跨的，特別是服務管理上有很大的問題，很失望，應該以後不會選擇墅家了，準備來這家的朋友慎選。

房間空間很大，設施稍有點陳舊但保養的還可以。服務很好，管家很負責任。節假日客人多，有點忙不過來，中間打掃房間有點過於草率了，衹是換了瓶水，洗髮水沐浴露發現沒有了才叫人來換的。

設施：冬天空調一開，足以抵擋寒冷。
環境：步行至保國寺5分鐘，邊上有一條專屬小道。贈送2張保國寺門票，兑換後直接入園。
服務：專屬管家小沈入住當天早上就聯繫了。提前告知定位地址並預約了晚餐。睡前甜點送至住宿區，服務好。

I didn't expect that the accommodation in the mountains far away from the city would be of this level.
Facilities: It was very warm when entering the room, with floor heating. The toilet in the bathroom was smart. The bath water was very good.
Hygiene: Not bad.
Environment: The environment in the mountains is beautiful, and it takes a few minutes to walk to Baoguo Temple.
Service: Very good, they asked in advance what time to arrive and whether they needed to let the restaurant wait for us. After checking in, they helped to take the luggage into the room. Two tickets to Baoguo Temple were given for accommodation.

The service is excellent, the room is super clean, all the staffs are friendly and really helpful. Breakfast was just so-so. The location is a walking distance to iiBaoguo temple. It’s basically far from anywhere even waimai options are limited. It could be a perfect accommodation for a staycation when you need to relax for a while and enjoy the nature. One night is ok, two nights could be a little boring.
