房間是綜合樓臨湖大床房，非常好。入住導引小吳帥氣又熱情，點贊。從後面出去，沿湖步行可到小普陀，王安石廣場等景區，韓嶺老街也很近。但12點催着退房，格局有點小。

看名字以為是之前住的類似國賓館改的酒店，沒想到設施很新。酒店的環境很好，後門可以步行去小普陀。酒店內的一段湖岸也比較安靜。房間這類酒店通常都很大，但這家的服務和軟件更到位。酒店的中餐廳看起來不便宜，但試了下晚餐在酒店裡解決，發覺食材很好，值得這個價位，早餐也很豐富。有的時候拉下了東西，客房部一位叫小嚴的姑娘很負責，幫我們很及時完美的解決了問題。下次一定會再入住。

我住在杭州良渚街道的一個小區，本意是想在週末暫時逃到寧波來放鬆一下，結果晚上準備放點熱水泡個澡的時候，看到一缸又一缸的黃黃的水，我的心也是慌慌的。晚上八點左右開始放水，在接完第一缸黃的離譜的水之後，我馬上撥打了前台電話，對方告知設備故障了但已修好，再放一會兒水應該就好了。我沒有再追問，也是害怕面對這個現實。又持續放了一個小時的水之後，水的顏色確實好看了一點，但也明顯是不正常且帶有雜質的。後來又陸續折騰了幾次，一直到晚上十點實在累了，遂放棄泡澡。也不想去考慮淋浴的水會不會也有影響，衹能自欺欺人了。酒店的地理位置和環境都很優越，如果不是遇到這樣的事情，這次的旅行應該算是完美了。
