It's very close to the Old Bund, and it's very convenient to check in at night. I like the duplex layout. Unfortunately, the room doesn't look as new as the picture. There are moldy areas and a strong musty smell. The landlord's attitude is not bad. I suggest the landlord renovate it.

First of all, the building is older, the lobby elevators and passages are dilapidated, and the property management is poor. Secondly, the interior decoration is old, the facilities are dilapidated, and the bathroom smells bad. In short, it is too bad and the price is not worth it.
