房間寬敞明亮乾淨，衞生間和沖淋房也大，環境還不錯，缺點就是親水步行棧道已破舊，走上去不太安全。服務員很熱情，態度很好。

前台服務人員態度特別好，但是廚師態度特別特別差，1.入住次日中午用餐，廚師（後來經前台説才知道是廚師，還以為是老闆），翹着二郎腿態度極度惡劣，要打包袋直接回懟沒有！問的是前台，廚師就在邊上一直懟，2.要看下菜單廚師直接態度很惡劣説他們家沒有菜單 3.餐廳空調未開，廚師就在邊上一直態度很惡劣，衹要問什麼 廚師一律接話反駁 請問你們好得是個酒店吧？ 前台服務人員一直在打圓場，態度特別好，你們的廚師就是這樣的一個水平？太離譜了 我會繼續通過其他途徑要求解決！請你們調取監控還原事實情況，甚至比我描述的還要誇張。
