設施：設施很齊全，尤其是親子設施，遊樂園非常好，又大人又少，好玩的東西多；游泳池晚上是恆温的，第二天白天感覺有點冷，希望以後注意；因為天太曬了，沒有帶寶寶玩户外泳池。
衞生：正常水平，乾淨歸乾淨，湖邊蚊蟲多也可以理解的。
環境：九龍湖嘛，風景不錯
服務：管家晶晶幫我免費升級了房間，準備了小禮物
最大的驚喜：西餐廳的早餐不錯，品種豐富。

酒店位於九龍湖畔，位置景觀無敵，入住時直接給升級到帶大露台的套房，對於帶狗狗的我們來説真是太棒了，還送了寵物禮包，服務也是沒得説，提前幾天管家晶晶就加了微信，有啥問題微信回覆很快，早上、晚上都有問候有何需要的，真的很温馨，退房還有小禮包送，總之一切都很完美。
