我們對這個酒店的前台員工-安心的服務態度感到極度不滿，她的行為完全不符合酒店應有的待客標準，具體表現如下：
1. 溝通態度惡劣，毫無耐心
- 中午因我們未及時接聽電話（手機靜音/騎行中），她在我們退房時反覆用質問的語氣指責，態度極其不耐煩，彷彿我們犯了什麼大錯。
- 試問誰能保證隨時接電話？況且這並非緊急事件，我們已主動在1:30趕回酒店準備退房，她卻仍擺出一副高高在上、咄咄逼人的態度，令人極其不適。
2. 冷漠無情，拒絕合理請求
- 退房後，因一樓男廁故障，我們禮貌詢問能否使用其他衞生間，她卻態度強硬、一口回絕，甚至不允許我們上樓解決內急。
- “你要等，不等也沒辦法”——這種冷冰冰的迴應毫無同理心，完全不顧客人基本需求。我們剛退房不到1小時，且是連續入住兩晚的客人，她卻如此刻薄、不近人情，簡直令人難以置信！
總結：服務態度差到極點！
這位前台女士的言行毫無職業素養，不僅態度惡劣、言語刻薄，甚至在客人有合理需求時故意刁難。
