庭院房，有個小院子，一把搖椅 一張小桌子，曬曬太陽很舒服。酒店景觀很美，綠植豐富，東錢湖寧靜帶着仙氣。柏悦的工作人員服務到位，態度熱情。

入住過許多柏悦酒店，寧波柏悦依然給人深刻印象。酒店將江南的悠久歷史文化與柏悦的現代精緻風格巧妙融合，為旅客提供了卓越的入住體驗。位於東錢湖畔，地理位置優越，前往周邊景點十分便捷。工作人員熱情友好，辦理入住效率高，還貼心地免費升級為園景房。房間設施新穎寬敞，舒適度極高。早餐種類豐富，口感出眾。特別值得一提的是套餐附贈的新鋭旅拍服務，化粧師和攝影師不僅專業且非常耐心。下次再來寧波，這裏依然是我的首選酒店。

環境：地理位置太好了，步行可至陶公村，騎行3公里左右可到院士中心小普陀。承包了一部分東錢湖，清代園林式建築一步一景，隨手就是大片，很適合散步。酒店大堂內也頗具設計感。
服務：免費升級了翻新過的園景大床房，也提前準備好嬰兒床，還額外配了一套小童洗浴用品。雙11囤的套餐贈送了酒店的新鋭旅拍，免費化粧和漢服租賃，攝影師很專業也很有耐心，給我們選的都是很經典的拍攝背景，也很瞭解親子攝影的需求。
設施：房間用的瑞士音箱設備效果不錯，洗浴品牌是lelabo。唯一不足的是房間收拾可能比較倉促，洗手枱的紙巾是空的，潤膚露和刮鬍刀都是電話客服中心才送來。

入住時升級了房型，住在村落裏且是翻新房，999的價格可以説是很香了。酒店整體是江南庭院的風格，建築零星散落在東錢湖的一隅，頗有閒情逸緻，和印象裏柏悦的商務風大相徑庭。除了有點老氣，公區風景優美近乎滿分，住過的酒店裡僅次三亞文華東方。很多小細節設計得很用心，但不巧的是錯過了崑曲表演和露天水療泡浴。

寧波柏悦真的是中式審美天花板，每年雙十一都囤的東錢湖房券，今年第一次用上了
我們週六入住的，房態很滿，前台還給我們升級到了新裝修的湖景房，真的是很感人了
旁邊就是新鋭旅拍，如果想體驗的話記得提早預約，週末很搶手的，拍得很好，免費送3張底片，還額外買了幾張
早飯被大家吐槽花樣少，但是寧波特色碳水都有的，年糕湯圓都很好吃，外面還有個燒餅，這些吃完基本就撐到了。還有個隱藏福利是，早餐吃完可以拿一片全麥麪包去外面餵鴨子，特別有意思

作為祖籍寧波的我們，在寧波旅行幾天度過自己的節日，不想驚動親戚們，全程住酒店。年過花甲的我兩選擇結婚紀念日入住貴店後就將圓滿結束旅程準備回家了。
傍晚到了酒店，前台小姐很熱情地告訴我們給我們升級房間了，之前並未告知是特殊日子，在此感謝一下。
後因房門打不開去詢問前台，正是之前接待我們的服務人員，很真誠地告知，之前不知道是紀念日來不及安排，所以準備送一份紅酒表達心意。並説明房卡上兩個房間號確實是酒店的問題。
後來處理問題的前台值班經理用懷疑的語氣問我確實是進了240嗎？是啊！行李都在那啊！回想起來有些不是滋味，房間確實是很高級的套房，或許你們感覺是讓我們佔便宜了吧，説是繼續讓我們住此房，此處我是應該表示感激不趕之恩？請求第二天延遲一小時退房還是很勉強的，板著臉説是明天有客人預訂了此房，要打掃什麼的。請問，這難道是我們的錯嗎？我記得前台告訴我們第二天早餐位置時，就是説這套房的右邊。升級這套房應該沒錯的吧！是房卡給錯了。
我們退回了紅酒，早就表示不會喝酒。第二天就此事和酒店服務與值班經理進行了溝通。入住沒有歡迎水果，沒有夜床服務等標明的項目。退房時送了兩包湯圓是表示歉意？柏悦和柏悦之間還是有差別的，領教了。
