八年前來過一次寧波，選擇了柏悦。這次出行也是為了過生日，依然選擇柏悦，不覺得設施老舊，保養的很好。前台Coco這次還準備了生日裝飾，很喜歡。入住當天，天氣很熱，看到房間外的草坪，我一甩外套，沖出房門，一頓拍拍拍，心情太美麗。這次出行印象最深刻的是Coco，她服務周到細緻，提前準備了蛋糕，充滿驚喜
入住當天有歡迎水果，洗護還是lelabo，為此我還特意洗了個頭哈哈哈。
東錢湖環湖一圈，最美的風景還是在酒店。這次還意外發現新增了小動物餵食，38一籃蔬菜，小豬豬太可愛了哈哈

是很喜歡但第一次來的城市
選擇在東錢湖邊寧波柏悦小住
感覺這家酒店帶來的附加價值
遠高於睡覺屬性
步入大堂印入眼簾的是古老建築風格，首先會被大堂的古典氣質吸引，酒店前台Coco小姑娘3米開外就熱情接待，全程細心講解，併成為了我得管家，這次過來就是想體驗一下悦湖SPA 但可惜當天沒位置可約，特別遺憾。當天聯繫了Coco 她瞭解情況後第一時間幫我協調解決，令人驚喜的是她一直關注着 下午sap多出一個空位，我圓滿的享受了全身放鬆 特此感謝Coco，這次旅行真的是非常值得
酒店多獨棟 依山傍水
去spa泳池或者黑珍珠餐廳都需要經室外 有接駁車接送
反而符合我對散心養神的要求
房間看得出是很有年頭了
有些設計莫名其妙我是沒理解
比如住一晚上也沒搞懂的燈開關，打電話致電服務中心人員Anna，耐心講解下 終於學會如何使用[強]這裏的服務真的太驚喜了
但住這裏真的不想在屋裡呆著呀！
早晨和夜晚 湖邊都會被水汽籠罩
空氣潮濕微涼 北方孩子狂喜
早餐很喜歡 有現蒸肉包
黑珍珠餐廳更喜歡
黃魚麪茄子年糕香掉眉毛
其實不需走遠 就在公區
湖邊散步 看水 看霧
就是極快樂的
早餐完在綠草坪散步，吊牀上晃悠，
很適合拿本書，一躺一上午。

和女朋友入住寧波柏悦酒店慶祝戀愛兩週年，從入住到離店的每一刻都充滿驚喜！特別感謝前台Coco的細緻服務，提前為我們佈置了浪漫的房間，還精心準備了紀念日小禮物，女友感動到不行！ 細節滿分：床品舒適度高，備品是Le Labo的Santal 33，浴缸臨窗而設，泡澡時還能看風景。 無邊泳池：室內恆温泳池直面湖景，人少清凈，彷彿承包了整個水域。
悦湖SPA：體驗了招牌精油按摩，手法專業，身心徹底放鬆。 從禮賓到前台，每個人都熱情周到，最深刻的是Coco甚至記得我的名字
酒店的環境無可挑剔，東錢湖畔的靜謐氛圍讓人徹底放鬆。超級有特色，細節裏透露出江南文化的雅緻。無論是晨間的湖景早餐，還是傍晚的落日餘暉，都成了我們最美好的回憶。
這次的入住體驗遠超預期，柏悦的服務團隊真正做到了“以客為尊”。強烈推薦給追求品質和儀式感的情侶們，一定會再來！

首先這個五星好評是給酒店贈送旅拍的小哥和小姐姐，態度巨巨巨好，跟拍技術構圖都很在線。
優點：1.公區漂亮出片。 2.安靜，適合i人度假。 3.早餐時間的工作人員盡心盡責，餈飯糰和班尼迪克蛋好評 。 4.歡迎水果品質不錯。5.房間並沒有網傳的黴味，相反我覺得氣味古樸，木質香調。哪怕我颱風天下大雨入住味道也很安逸。
問題：1.雖然訂房間很倉促，在出行前一晚，但是從頭到尾沒有任何工作人員與我聯繫溝通需求，入住也沒有管家的聯繫方式主動提供。（i人雖然不喜歡麻煩別人，但是個人認為起碼入住時？前台需要主動詢問客人是否需要管家）
2.早餐甜品區品控一般，水果塔有一種皺巴巴的感覺。種類也比較少，低於期待值。
3.房間沒有minibar，衹有和我在西藏那曲喝到的同款礦泉水，可樂雪碧收費15一聽^_^
4.按金退款出現小插曲，雖然我主動打電話解決了，酒店迴應處理速度也比較快，但是我不太認同“下一次訂基礎房給我免費升級到翻新房間”的做法...
anyway下次來寧波我應該會選擇其他酒店

酒店環境很好，靠在湖邊風景宜人，內部設施完善，建築風格大氣。
酒店內房間舒適，房間大小，區域分隔，衞生環境都是上等，有陽台，打開陽台就是幽靜的周邊環境。
飲食吃了早餐，品類多樣味道好。
客房服務方面，酒店前台Minnie服務態度優秀，客房安排提前周到，使客房生活舒心？

酒店的服務很好，服務態度好，衞生很乾凈，還有就是離景區近出入非常方便，東錢湖湖景很漂亮，整體十分舒適，還要感謝一下前台judi，她在服務過程中給人感覺很舒服，也比較專業，期待下次入住

這次入住柏悦酒店真的讓我驚喜連連！從踏入大堂的那一刻起，就感受到了無微不至的服務。前台工作人員Minnie笑容親切，辦理入住高效迅速，還貼心升級了房型
房間設計太驚艷了！落地窗將湖景盡收眼底，床墊躺下去就像陷在雲朵裏，連我這個認床的人都一夜好眠。洗浴用品是Lelabo全套，細節滿分！
必須要誇誇酒店的餐飲！早餐自助種類豐富，現做的燒餅和寧波湯圓讓我每天早起都有了動力。
最感動的是服務團隊：Minnie小姐姐詳細介紹了酒店的地圖；還幫忙預訂了黑珍珠餐廳，味道超讚！禮賓部小哥哥下雨天開接駁車車技也很棒呀！室外泳池因為下雨天沒有感受到有點可惜，但室內泳池和健身房的設施設備還是不錯噠！Spa要特別誇誇，很值得一試！
地理位置也很優越，步行十分鐘貌似就有個地鐵站，周邊特色餐廳林立。小普陀和陶麓離得都很近。這次因為酒店的優秀體驗，整個旅行幸福感飆升！已經推薦給所有朋友，下次來寧波絕對會再選擇這裏！
