管理一塌糊塗，洗臉池小到接水都困難，洗澡在便池上，水小，花灑不好拿！空調也不行，床位私密性沒有，設施和環境有硬傷，沒住過這麼差的青旅，千萬不要去了！

住在這裏，老闆很貼心，對我們也很好，他不會嫌棄我們沒錢，就住宿來説，雖然無法和賓館的相比，但這裏價格是周邊最低的這就足夠了，別的地方住一晚，這裏可以住三晚，還有什麼好挑剔或者要求的呢？畢竟這裏住一晚，和保潔阿姨一個小時的工資差不多！但是，房間裏還有獨立衞生間，有熱水器還可以洗澡，對我們這些收入不高的或者剛來找工作的或者學生考試或者窮遊黨來説真的太友好了，是我們在寧波必須住的寶藏地！

老闆人真的很好，很關心人，房間也是乾淨整潔，來寧波住在這裏的感覺真的很好，沒有那種在異鄉漂泊的感覺，很舒服，房間裏有獨立的衞生間，帶有熱水器，還有空調，可以洗澡，性價比超高
