環境好，房間乾淨，前台服務好，升級了房間，周邊還有湖和慈城景區，整體感覺不錯，下次還會光顧！適合清靜療養！

春節後去的，大概零度偏上一點點的温度，房間里居然特別熱，晚上都沒有開空調都不冷。當天入住的客人非常少，但是酒店自助早餐還是該有的都擺出來了，還是好評。

1. 房間比較舊，2014年裝修的，保留着較老的風格。
2. 空調太熱，不能調冷，衹能打開窗户通風。
3. 早餐還可以，比較豐盛，就是房費有點高。
4. 退房才告知房間的冰箱飲品是需要收費的，房間也並什麼啥告知的貼士，住過其他酒店飲品都是免費的。
5. 本來週末想好好睡一覺的，門口的施工隊7.30就開始施工，吵的也沒好好睡。
這次出行下榻這家酒店也是挺失望的。

酒店相當不錯 大年初一到初四入住了3晚 整體感覺都蠻好的 地理位置優越 適合度假 前台小姑娘還給升級了一線湖景房 大冬天的3晚我們居然都是關着空調都覺得很暖和 前台有求必應 就是早餐還是有點不太滿意 出來度假必定會睡的晚 早餐到10點結束 9.45下去 基本也沒啥吃的了 希望能延後一點

房間很乾凈，設施完善，一家人過年很開心，還有游泳，棋牌室，健身房，早餐自助餐，很多小吃，乾淨衞生，美味可口，很貼心的服務，酒店正面就是蓀湖景區
