最令人反感的就是早餐，那麼貴的早餐就衹有幾個饅頭一碗小粥，不是自助（前年不是自助去年是自助今年又不是自助不能保證質量）還不如去老街裏吃。雖然設施舊了，但還是比較乾淨的，除了早餐。如果不能保證早餐質量建議所以房間預訂不含早。

在寧波竟然入住遇到有暖氣的屋子，大大驚喜。環境很安靜，出門就是東錢湖。別墅環境很好，客服中心服務人員也超級暖心。辦理入住時候有點下小雨，服務人員幫忙開小車送我們到別墅屋，我還以為很遠，結果走路也不用兩三分鐘的路程，太暖心了。

已經來住第二次了，旺季住這裏性價比高。出門就是湖，走十多分鐘就到老街，方便。就是充電不太方便，去年兩個樁就一個能用，今年是一個都用不了了。
前台的大姐人挺熱情。
