地點離地鐵不算遠，國慶期間價格還是很有性價比的。房間很乾凈，不臨街，周圍也不是主要幹線，沒什麼車，比較安靜。

房間雖然小了點，浴室小了點。但是麻雀雖小五臟俱全。而且老闆娘太好了，太熱情了。值得推薦給所有人！房間衞生不用説太乾淨了。而且我最喜歡的就是有一個房間茶室平台太厲害了。

老闆態度非常好，還會和我們介紹一下週邊怎麼玩，在哪吃飯之類的，國慶期間民宿價格也有所提高，這個民宿地方稍微有點偏僻，離地鐵站還有兩公里，樓下衹有一家牛肉麪館，牛肉量超多，但是味道不好，寡淡無味，而且店裡很不乾淨，到處都是垃圾，桌子沒人收拾。酒店裡有瓶裝水售賣，樓梯有點窄，房間比較小，但該有的都有，整體也很乾凈，無異味，有一個推拉窗户，桌子是摺疊的，晚上沒飯吃，衹能點外賣。

乾淨整潔，裝修和被褥新，沒有異味煙味，近郊空氣好安靜，有小桌板吃飯，有車位，自駕去東錢湖博物館機場都很方便，自帶平價小賣部，老闆很好
