很慶幸在選擇東錢湖酒店的時候，選擇瞭望嵐酒店，入住前，管家小崔小姐姐提前電話聯繫，加微溝通入住要求，小本子上認真記錄下客人的要求，入住時，全程陪同辦理入住，送客人去客房，這點很貼心哦。
酒店的建築非常出片，我們因為帶寵，住的是2樓客房，正對湖景，房間很大，還有一個類似院子的室外空間，這點對毛孩子超友好哦。
入住期間，雖然遇到了一丟丟小問題，但是酒店小崔管家和大堂經理及時予以解決，給出很滿意的解決方案，此次入住體驗，真的很好，期待下次再次入住哦。

We chose "Wanglan" located in the International Conference Center, which is in an excellent location next to Dongqian Lake. It is not far from Dongqian Lake. The staff "Xiao Jiao" is warm and thoughtful, which is very different from the attitude of the coffee bar waiter! The five-star praise for the service is for Miss Xiao Jiao!
