Pluses : Super location, amazing view, good food, decent breakfast spread, good service. Scope of Improvement : breakfast spread is limited & can be expanded, game room improvement needed, enclose the bath area either by glass or curtain.

Pros: * Great view ! * Polite staff. Cons: * Room is basic. * Erratic and slow room service. * Half of items in room service menu unavailable. * Room service staff don't seem informed. Once, 15 mins. after order was taken, room service called to say some items were unavailable. * 'Cold drinks' are served at room temperature. Apparently they don't store in fridge unless requested beforehand. * We found a spider in the bathroom. * TV wasn't working when we checked in.

We stayed for three wonderful days and had an absolutely delightful experience. The food was exceptional — every meal was a perfect blend of flavor, presentation, and freshness. A heartfelt thanks to Chef Satheesh Kumar, whose culinary expertise truly made our stay unforgettable. He was not only incredibly talented but also took the time to understand our preferences and curated the menu with great care and creativity. His passion for food and genuine hospitality shone through in every dish. He was warm, approachable, and always made us feel welcome. It was a pleasure to be looked after by someone so dedicated and professional.

The stay was good, fast check in and check out. The property itself is very well maintained and the views are spectacular. Travel desk services were also satisfactory. The only complaint was the lunch and dinner options and taste, both needs to improve hugely
