Nestled amidst lush greenery with breathtaking views all around, the landscape feels like a perfect postcard from Ooty. The service is exceptional — warm, attentive, and always with a smile (this includes all the staff at Tycoons). A special shout-out to Sabarish, who made our stay seamless from the moment we arrived. He helped us get settled, coordinated every little detail with care, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect time. It’s rare to find that level of thoughtful hospitality these days. Honestly, we wish we had planned for a couple more days here. It’s the kind of place that truly resets your mind — calm, quiet, and incredibly relaxing. A small heads-up: the resort does not serve liquor, so plan accordingly if you want to unwind with a drink. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful getaway in the Nilgiris!

Ayatana is one of the finest hotels I have stayed in. This place magical and breath taking . The view and the location is amazing. We stayed in Deluxe Garden Jacuzzi Chalet, The garden, ambience, view , service everything is excellent!

If you imagine the most beautiful tea garden you mages you have seen, imagine how much you need to travel to see them for a few hours and return back. Here you live inside them and get most exclusive picture perfect views from your room, access from your balcony, from the restaurant and rest of the resort! The food quality and variety this high in the mountains is coveted and not found even within resorts in cities. There are a big range of activities and innovative experiences.. we love the creativity, you have outdoor adventure gyms where you challenging your balancing, hanging and climbing enthusiasm, to using a cute play ground with kids. Infinity pools and luxury spa are a given. Then a nice archery ground. What highlights are the high quality beauty and rejuvenation products they sell and blend well with the stay there. Service is personalized with check-in over luxury seating and welcome drinks that reduce any nausea. If you make any request to one staff member, you will find any everyone else at the resort remembers, follows up and repeatedly delivers you preferences. They start to know you and treat you like family - this is a surreal opportunity for someone not familiar with Indian with a focus on the lovely South Indian culture to get a good orientation and experience it from the best. They are expanding into residential complexes that you can buy as vacation home, beautiful glampimg areas, basic rooms and advanced luxury suites. Their new game room keeps us super entertained and after a wonderful day touring nilgiris, Ooty, connoor, or renovating resort and refreshing at tea estate hikes, you can unwind at the Game Center where the hosts make you play and socialize with other elite guests over innovative games, and relaxed time playing carrom, table tennis, chess, checkers, foosball etc - this new initiative was created and hosting by Amrit. He is a splendid host and we may return looking forward to meeting him each time and knowing that we will have a splendid happy time making our time and journey there worth it. Host of the game room and some excursion Bitraj hosts you through all your activities and shares good knowledge during your commentary hikes to scenic points, nature trails, and tea plantation and agricultural walks. We also wanted to thank the most amazing hospitality and quality service at the restaurant from Ram and all his staff.
